At Francis Klein Aerospace Equipments, we specialize in transforming your concepts into reality with our cutting-edge 3D printing technology. Whether it’s a custom design or rapid prototyping, our team is dedicated to delivering precision and creativity in every project.

Industrial Filaments
Engineered for Performance. Built for Possibility.
We supply a wide spectrum of industrial-grade 3D printing filaments, carefully selected to meet the demands of both rapid prototyping and end-use production. Whether you’re printing jigs and fixtures or functional components, our materials offer the mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and precision your application needs.
Thanks to our strong global partnerships, we go beyond off-the-shelf materials — helping you source specialty filaments, including high-temperature polymers and metal-filled filaments.
Polymer Filaments
We offer both standard and advanced polymers for demanding engineering needs, including:
Common Industrial Polymers:
- ABS – Durable, impact-resistant
- PLA – Easy-to-print, ideal for design validation
- Nylon (PA) – Flexible, strong, and abrasion-resistant
- TPU – Flexible, elastic, vibration-damping
- PETG – Strong, moisture-resistant, chemical-tolerant
- Composite Blends – Carbon/glass/Kevlar-reinforced options for structural performance
Advanced Polymers (Available On Demand):
- PEEK / PEKK – Ultra high-performance for aerospace, medical, and energy sectors
- ULTEM (PEI) – Flame-retardant and chemically stable
- PPSU / PSU / PVDF – For sterilization, chemical resistance, and cleanroom environments
- ESD-Safe Filaments – Static-dissipative materials for electronics
Need something unique? We specialize in material sourcing for high-performance applications.

Metal Filaments
Strength and precision in every layer
Designed for Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) metal 3D printing, these filaments allow users to produce dense, strong metal parts with post-processing (debinding & sintering). Ideal for applications in tooling, aerospace, defense, and heavy engineering.
Available Options:
- 17-4PH Stainless Steel – High strength and corrosion resistance
- 316L Stainless Steel – Excellent for chemical and marine environments
- Copper – High conductivity for thermal and electrical applications
- Inconel 625 – Heat- and corrosion-resistant superalloy
- H13 Tool Steel – High-wear resistance for dies and molds
Don’t see what you need? We can assist with sourcing custom or rare alloy filaments on request.
Metal AM Powders
For advanced metal 3D printing, we provide high-purity, optimized metal powders designed for Laser Powder Bed Fusion (LPBF) technology. These powders enable the production of complex, high-strength, and lightweight components, ideal for aerospace, automotive, medical, and industrial applications.
